Bryr, Carthago Fragrance and La10cy each receive SEK 300 000 from the investment company Tregion Startup Invest. The funding is intended to help the startups reach the market faster. This is the third investment round that Tregion Startup Invest is making with startups that are admitted to the incubators BizMaker, Dalarna Science Park and Movexum.
Of the seven startups that pitched for capital during an investment day in May, three startups stood out to the investors in Tregion Startup Invest. The investment company consists of around 20 investors and business angels who invest in startups affiliated with BizMaker, Dalarna Science Park and Movexum. In addition to financing, Tregion Startup Invest also offers access to a solid network, skills exchange and matching with the right investors. Tregion was launched in January 2022 and has now invested in a total of eight startups from Dalarna, Gävleborg and Västernorrland.

Bryr is developing a digital service that facilitates support and planning for family members with an illness.

Carthago Fragrance is developing a new concept for the production of essential oils and fragrances using a mobile distillation process. The production is carried out in close proximity to local crops and with control of quality, environmental impact and working conditions.

La10cy develops and fundamentally changes the perception of digital solutions for interactive online communication. La10cy's products safeguard privacy and quality through ultra-low latency, high-quality video and audio solutions as well as encryption and greatly improved control over their own user data. In this way, La10cy creates a whole new dimension of simultaneous online communication.
