Ulrica Olsson received the award for her contributions to an inclusive educational environment through initiatives that promote learning and understanding in Swedish, history, religion, social studies, geography and sport and health. Ulrica Olsson's commitment to inspiring, accessible education and supporting students with different backgrounds and needs promotes diversity and inclusion for all.
Ecological sustainability: SEK 10,000
Christian Höök from EcoVibes was awarded for his technology that can detect and identify species by their unique sounds and noises in environments where many different sounds are heard at the same time, from birdsong to insect sounds. The technology provides land use planners and conservationists with powerful tools to monitor biodiversity.
This is how the selection has been done
BizMaker has nominated companies that are part of the incubator program. The startups then pitched their ideas to a jury, which selected three winners.
Nordea's Norrlandsstiftelse continues to support the solutions of the future by recognizing and rewarding innovative startups.
Congratulations to all the winners!
