About the Re:do project 

The Re:Do project will strengthen Västernorrland's cultural and creative industries - with sustainable business development, cross-sectoral innovation and stories that strengthen the region's attractiveness. We are building a Västernorrland model for business support, meeting places and collaboration where creators and companies can grow on their own terms. The goal: a vibrant ecosystem, more competitive businesses and a stronger, more vibrant region within the planetary boundaries. 

Re:Do is a three-year project starting in January 2026, run by BizMaker together with Innovationsbolaget and Västernorrlands Museum. We are now looking for a project manager who wants to help create an attractive Västernorrland where creative and cultural companies flourish.  

Work tasks 

As a project manager in Re:Do you are responsible for: 

  • Plan, coordinate and follow up activities 
  • Ensuring that schedules, budgets and contracts are kept 
  • Report status and results on an ongoing basis 
  • Identifying barriers and finding practical solutions 
  • Coordinate, invite and implement activities together with others 
  • Collect lessons learned and contribute to our continuous learning 

As a project manager, you will be the person who translates the project's objectives and activities into concrete results and ensures that the work flows forward. The role is operational and practical - with a focus on creating structure and driving implementation. 

Qualification requirements 

We are looking for people who: 

  • Likes to create order, coordinate, report, drive projects to completion and see others grow 
  • Is responsible and solution-oriented 
  • Is curious, structured and has a strong drive for development and entrepreneurship 
  • Easy to build relationships 
  • Thinking outside the box and seeing opportunities where others see obstacles 

Requirements: 

  • Experience in project management, administration and coordination 
  • Experience in managing budgets, schedules and reporting 
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English 
  • Good experience of working digitally and with tools like Office 365 

Meritorious experience: 

  • Business development, innovation and entrepreneurship 
  • Insight into the everyday life of small and medium-sized enterprises 
  • Experience working in project organizations 
Other information 

The role is a project position between January 2026 - May 2028, with a good possibility of extension. The position is subject to the project receiving funding, with a decision expected in mid-December.  

Individual salary setting is applied and all employees are covered by collective agreements.  

Hyrbrid role based at one of BizMaker's offices in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik or Härnösand.
