About the service
As a business developer, you will work closely with entrepreneurs and companies in all stages of development, from creative solo businesses to world-leading industrial companies, in two developing municipalities. Together with local actors and by building strong networks, you will create the right conditions for new ideas to take hold and for existing companies to dare to take the next step.
You will be part of a creative and committed team with different competences that help each other, inspire each other and work towards common goals. We like to collaborate and we believe in the power of thinking together.
Your working hours are divided between Sollefteå and Kramfors, where you have an office location in each place. Travel in the service occurs as BizMaker has a regional mission and operates throughout the county. The service is a project employment starting in September 2025 until December 2027 with the possibility of extension.

You like to think outside the box, solve problems with energy and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You thrive in teams but are also happy to take your own initiative. You are socially adept, build relationships with ease and have a natural ability to build trust.
We believe you have a heart for entrepreneurship, an eye for business opportunities and a curiosity for new technologies and innovation. Experience in project management, business development, innovation or entrepreneurship is a plus - as is insight into the daily life of SMEs.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, and be comfortable working in Office 365.
