Our different approaches to innovation management
We offer 4-6 free meetings. The aim is to support organizations to get started, or move forward, with their innovation work. Since we do not compete with the free market, we then help you to find private actors if you want further support in your innovation work.

During a half or full day, we spend time generating and developing ideas using proven tools such as Ideation, Blue Ocean and Business Model Canvas to generate and develop ideas.

We process a workshop with invited external actors from academia and business with different expertise hand-picked to match your organization's needs.
PACKAGING AND COMMUNICATING IDEAS
We evaluate and develop your idea and help you present it in an attractive way using tools such as the NABC model and the Value Creation Forum.
MENTORSHIP
Aimed at innovation leaders who want to become part of a network of innovation leaders, to share experiences and inspiration. You also get access to a mentor/coach from BizMaker.
