In September, the start-up company Femillo from Härnösand launched a new national award, the Femillo Awards. After a long process with nominations from the public, finalist selection by the jury and voting by the public, it is now finally clear which people and companies are the winners in each category.

Gynecologist of the year: Hilde Löfqvist

Inspirer of the year: Monika Björn

Psychologist of the year: Agnes Granberg
-Our goal with the Femillo Awards is to recognize and support actors who work tirelessly to promote women's health and well-being, says Abelone Tischbein-Madsen at Femillo.
The response from the public has been great and over 1000 votes poured in within 48 hours of the launch of the voting form.
"There is clearly an incredibly broad interest and commitment in this area and we look forward to continuing to develop the Femillo Awards in the coming years," says Abelone Tischbein-Madsen.
Monika Björn won the award for Inspirer of the Year 2023.
"It's an honor just to be nominated along with other phenomenal women who really make a BIG difference through their work to educate people about women's health and raise awareness about how women's healthcare can be improved," she says.
Femillo is one of the startup companies in BizMaker's incubator program. Femillo has developed a platform that provides comprehensive information about the resources available in women's health. They are dedicated to helping women find the right support at the right time to improve their health and well-being. The Femillo Awards are an extension of this vision, where they want to recognize those who have a positive impact on the women's health sector and who contribute to improving women's lives.
